The past few years, i choose to attend the Kerameikos-Metaxourgeio carnival in Athens, instead of the other mainstream Brazilian-girls-shake-their-asses-and-sexy-cop-uniforms-etc parades that happen in the city at the same time. The main reason is that is a multi-culti neighborhood that knows how to have fun and party, its spontaneous, and the parade passes through some interesting streets of Athens, there are no cops “controlling the traffic”, cool parents partying with their kids playing freely around without unnecessary overprotecting shouts every 10 seconds , in a few words its like a street Dionysian party, rather than an organized event.
